Check saved names against outlet websites
Uses each domain in Outlets.json to open its homepage.
On the live site it uses the Cloudflare name-fetcher. On localhost it also tries
a direct request to the website and a CORS proxy. These are different ways
to retrieve names; none refers to an entry in your JSON files.
